AWARD
Plano, Texas, 2004 – Sotherby Homes website received
top honors and national recognition with a Regional Award at
the 2004 The Nationals – The National Sales and Marketing
Awards, which congratulates the best and the brightest in new-home
residential sales and marketing. Sotherby's winning Region
5 won the award in the Best Website for a Builder.

The Nationals typically draws over 1,200 entries in residential
product design, marketing, interior merchandising, advertising
and individual sales achievement and website design, making
it the nation’s largest competition for new-home sales
and marketing professionals. The award winners are selected
by a panel of ten building industry professionals.
ABOUT NSMC: The National Sales and Marketing Council has been
promoting professionalism in sales and marketing in the home
building industry for 40 years. To help builders sell homes
more effectively, the council provides onsite sales and marketing
training; offers awards, recognition, and designation programs;
and provides sales and marketing support to NAHB members, committees,
and councils. The council serves more than 14,000 NSMC members
and supports more than 100 local sales and marketing councils
across the United States.
